Lets be honest with that point: fishing has a dusty image among the youngsters. Carp fishing, pole fishing, fly fishing, it’s all the same business: getting bored for hours cut off from social media and far away from the city.
I never understood why fishing was suffering from such a poor image… Fortunately among all the different kinds of fishing available, fly fishing really is an adrenaline enhancer.
Speaking about my passion for fly fishing, I would say that I’ve always seen fly fishing as a powerful way to travel and to discover stunning river landscapes where big fish await.
Here are three of my best experiences of high adrenaline fly fishing…
Down the canyon…
The most extreme sensations I had on a fly fishing trip were when I explored the Tara river canyon in Montenegro. This canyon is the second deepest canyon in the world behind the Colorado Grand Canyon… We finally found an access in the depth of the canyon to fish amazing crystal clear waters where we found massive grayling…
Exploring the steppe…
